FAQ

Q: When will my submission be posted? How long does it take to see my submission? Why can’t I submit right now?

A: I only take 800 submissions in my inbox at a time. Therefore, when I reach 800, I will close submissions until they are down to a reasonable number and will then open them again. I will have 800 in the inbox and an additional 300 consistently in the queue (because that’s it’s max limit). This is to prevent extreme backup which would only ultimately delay your submission being posted. Keep in mind I also have my personal blog and a job and a social life, so please give it at least a month before you ask about your submission. I promise EVERY SINGLE SUBMISSION gets posted, unless there is some sort of tumblr error in which I will make a post saying so.

Q: What are the reasons that a submission wouldn’t get posted?

A: The only reasons I wouldn’t post your submission would be if your post is sexually explicit, if there was some sort of tumblr error, or if you submitted it like 30 of the same picture (aka you sat there and clicked the submit button over and over).

Q: I just tried to submit and it says error/page not found. Why??

A: Every once in a while I close submissions to organize the thousands of posts I receive! They are always opened back up again in the few weeks following.

Q: Why do you let bisexuals, pansexuals, FTMs, etc submit? Isn’t this “lesbianswholooklikeumlesbians”?

A: The name of this blog was just a play on the “lesbianswholooklike__________” websites. Honestly, this is more of a “I can look however i want and identify as whatever I want” type of place. lesbians can date bisexuals, bisexuals can date pansexuals, a transguy can date someone who is bisexual, people who identify as queer can date people who identify as lesbian, etc. If any of those people end up meeting and dating and being happy with someone, that is all I care about. if you don’t approve, leave.

Q: What if someone didn’t post their URL, can I still find their blog?

A: Yes! You can click on the notes for the submission and the first one will say “________ submitted this to LWLLUL”.

Q: Omg I submitted and now I can’t/don’t want my photo to be on your site anymore!!! Can you take it down?

A: Technically when you click the ‘terms and submissions’ upon submitting you are making your photo public content, but yes, if you do not want your photo on this blog anymore send me the direct link to your post and I will delete it.

Q: Do you have a personal tumblr?

A: Yes, tryinggtoevolve.tumblr.com.

Q: Do you run this blog by yourself?

A: Currently my girlfriend and I both work on the blog! She does an amazing job regularly queuing things for me.

Q: How many followers do you have?

A: Almost 30,000 and they are all so wonderful.
